We describe a very nice village cottage with a lot of charm in S’arraco, it is on the same plot as another house but the two houses are completely separate with their privacy. The common area consists of a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

The cottage has its own entrance and parking area. In addition to a garden perfect for sunbathing, having breakfast or relaxing in the tranquility and sun.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, as well as high-quality appliances. The house has hot and cold air conditioning, as well as a fireplace in the living room.

Price includes electricity, heating, water, and Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi connection is for domestic use, not for professional use.

One month's deposit and 15% real estate commission of the total stay are requested.

It is available for rent for a maximum season of 6 months and a minimum of 2 months.
